Surrey Fitness Hiking Club members previously climbed Snowdon Mountain (on 1st May 2022), raising funds that were donated to the Jaffna Teaching Hospital, to purchase adult and fetal monitors, and to livelihood projects including: setting up local grocery shops, flour grinding mills, water pumps, fencing for agriculture, and fishing nets. On 27th August 2023, members of Surrey Fitness Hiking Club will be hiking Ben Nevis to raise money for the SFC Foundation.
